BANNED from PayPal Despite NO DISPUTES and LEGAL BUSINESS- Frankie Lynn Gifts LLC

I am so irritated! Over a year ago, I was "banned" from PayPal for no given reason other then an item I was selling went viral on TikTok and people began buying this item. I had not had sales prior to this on PayPal. They **bleep** my business over by permanently banning me and withholding all the money I could have used to further my business and my family for 90 days. I some how figured out how to contact PayPal (Literally like finding a needle in the haystack) and they did not care. They were "unable to reverse the limitation." I have had this account for YEARS. Then they "Couldn't verify me" to reverse it. NEVER had a dispute or anything to show bad business.

I gave up.

I have changed a lot of my business and decided to add PayPal to my new site.... I go through the steps and add all my information.... Now my new information is tied to this banned limitation account! They won't let me delete my info and won't reverse the limitation despite giving them all the information that proves I have a legal business!!! The problem is again, can't reach a human.

People are scammed daily on PayPal- yet they are soooooo quick to ban legal businesses trying to make a life for their family!

Can I have my account back or at least have my information removed to create a new one?!

If not- I will let all of my customers, family and community know that the real scammer is PayPal itself. I will never let another PayPal or Sister company (Venmo) profit off of my business.  I do not know how legally PayPal can hold all personal information on the site for being "limited".

Any advice/help is GREATLY appreciated!

If you have a permanent ban then the ban is on you and your account is permanently limited.

That means paypal have parted company with you and you can't try opening another account to try and bypass that ban.

They have banned you from using their site.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Looks like PayPal has been sued for this same reason of banning businesses and withholding money with no explanation. They continue to tell me they don't have to tell me why. They also will not delete my information off of their site. Not sure how they can legally hold my information....

I don't have a business but they did the same thing to me and provided only a blanket statement and no reasons. Customer support is a joke.. a JOKE! I went through my account with multiple and verified all merchants. My credit score wasn't the best when opening the account and dipped since my divorce and covid but I have been open with them about everything. It doesn't make any sense. The money they are holding goes to my bills and my rent. Rent is due soon and my landlord is trying to work with me since covid had such an impact but this is going to cause problems and possibly eviction. Thanks, Paypal, You've quite possibly made a family homeless!! I honestly don't know why they are allowed to get away with this!?!?!?!? Slamm print or not, this is people's livelihood and family support. Paypal is the criminal here!

So sorry you are going through the same thing! It’s disgusting and to be honest, I will warn all my customers. I will find someone who will protect my customers AND my business. Not someone that decides one day to hold money for 180 days and doesn’t have crap for customer service. Venmo and PayPal will no longer have me as a customer/partner. I hope more people sue them for this. You can search lawsuits against them for this exact issue! I have hid nothing and willing to send them whatever, FaceTime them, etc… nope- same response. Now that I keep asking for my info to be removed, they won’t respond.
