As soon as I open a PayPal account, I am told that I cannot use the account

As soon as I open a PayPal account, I am told that I cannot use the account again with a fake review.

I am trying to set up a business account and if they wish I can provide them with any document they may want regarding my business.

But as soon as my account is opened, it is restricted without being reviewed by a real person. And I'm told I can't use PayPal.

When I reach them via e-mail/message, an automatic reply is sent to me again.

Here’s a couple of way to file a complaint about it:

1. https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/contact-us

2. Click Feedback and formal complaints     

3. Click Limitation on my account     

4. Click Call Us after the “This information might help” box if emailing don’t work

 

Submit a formal complaint:

https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/complaints

 

Be sure to explain you just opened a new account and got auto-banned and would like your account restored.
