I've been using paypal for a while now, It has verified my documents 2-3 times as per now, I'm glad they're verifying and trying to prevent scams but this is getting ridiculous... We're only required to verify when we receive payments.
Anyways, I appreciate the services they offer. Not the support system though, I've been waiting for the agents to respond on livechat for hours now.
Restore Account Requirements:
My account has been temporarily limited for some reason and they require me to submit the documents given below.
1. Professional License
I don't know which documents come under professional license. Me being a freelance web developer probably don't have any professional license as I don't work in a company. How am I supposed to answer this field validly, Without getting permanently terminated. They should've atleast mention the documents required for this field.
2. Vendor/supplier information
As mentioned earlier, I am a Freelance Web Developer. I don't sell any goods so there's no point of asking Vendor/Supplier information. I recall, while filling form for Business Account, I did not opt for physical goods/services.

Normally, if you're unable to provide the requested documentation to resolve a limitation, the functionality would remain restricted.
