Account suspension

Hey!
I just opened my PayPal account after long time, added mine National ID, cause it required it ( in order to manage cash ). And immedeately after I submited it, I got an declined email. Then I was shown Screen with Account Suspension.

Any clues what to do in order to unblock mine account?
