You never pay any upfront fee as a seller.

Ignore scammers that send fake Paypal emails telling you that you need to pay an upfront fee to verify/upgrade/or any other reason to 'accept' a payment.

You would certainly never have to send funds via another payment processor/bitcoins/ or tokens/vouchers of any sort.

Any fee is auto deducted by Paypal at the same instant the remainder of the payment is credited to your Paypal account balance.

No funds in your balance = you have not yet been paid, even pending/held payments will still show in your Paypal account activity.

encounter a little problem while crediting your PayPal account. You have a pending payment of $85.00 USD but we have a problem crediting your account with that amount because the status of your PayPal account is not a business user which makes your account has limit and this amount seems to be above your limit, this will not make us credit your account until you expand your limit. Note: You have to take this urgent step to expand your Limit. Kindly contact the last payer of your account Robert [Removed] to send in an additional payment of $100.00 USD so that your account limit can expand and as soon as this is done, your account will be fully credited with the total amount of $185.00 USD which includes a delay compensation fee of $20.00 USD from us here at PayPal. Note: An alert has been sent to Kelly [Removed] in regard to the $100.00 USD additional payment he has to send to you, we will secure this transaction with high priority that neither the payer nor the payee will lose funds in this transaction.
