Account limitation

Hi all,
My account has a limitation on it and I don't know why. I have had no email about it and only found out when I when to pay for something.
This is what it says
The cheque withdrawal you requested has been returned due to an incorrect postal address. We've credited the funds back to your account and have limited what you can do with your account pending receipt of an updated address.
I haven't requested a cheque and my account balance is £0.
Any ideas please?

I'm sorry to hear that you're account has been limited. I understand how concerning this would be. You should be able to view any account limitations by visiting the Resolution Center within your account. You can also view the Help Center article here to learn more about account limitations, including why your account may be limited.
