How to withdraw funds after 180 days of limitation

hello @Merciee , after 180 days, paypal will contact you by email.
above , it indicates the release of funds , and the means for this .
depending on the country, to a bank account or a bank card.

for your country, I think it's a bank card (I'm not sure)

I already got that email yet I,m unable to withdraw

you must contact paypal customer service, so that it authorizes the recovery of funds, using the means, that the paypal customer adviser will give you.

on paypal:

- at the bottom of the Help And Contact page

then at the bottom of the page that opens "contact us" (on the right) and finally, still at the bottom right: "call us"

(you will have an authentication code and a phone number)

if you are having trouble reaching paypal, you can do so on twitter and facebook.

paypal is present on both. all you have to do is "send a private message"
