I got banned on PayPal and it’s been way past 180 since my account has been limited and banned, no one has emailed me at all to explain how to withdraw my funds. I need some help here. I called and no one has been quite helpful and advised they cannot send me an email as they are not allowed to.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I have contacted customer support approximately 10 times since the 180 mark January 2nd 2022. They said there were unable to give me updates on where I am at because I’m still under review, it’s been 6+month…. I don’t have Twitter

how did you manage to contact them? the chat bot always states all agents are offline, they will be online around...whatever time, but at that time...it doesnt work, I receive the same loop, agents offline, will be available at the following time...

I am not able to drop a message or open a ticket about my limitations; essentially, I want to close my account and withdraw the money; PayPal states there are some user agreement issues and cannot continue to provide service; I dont know how they came around with this; when I was opening the account I was an exchange student from Europe; back then I did not violate any UAs or have given wrong data; but a lot has changed since then and now some data seems to be off (e.g. I am not a US citizen and have never been); but I am not able to correct this, nor I am able to prove ownership etc etc

it is really a hassle
