Account issue

Hello all,

 

the Account update does not work on any application or browser and the paypal support does not offer any help to resolve it. The system always make an error when updating the data like address, business info etc...and they have freezed my account. They always close the conversation, because they can not provide helpful support, they only give instruction on how to update it, but this is not an issue. You help is appreciated.

I get error like:

1. Sorry something seems to have gone wrong. We are experiencing some technical difficulties. PLease tey again later.

2. Personal.mdpz_biz_stakeholder_owner_percent_issue

3. Sorry, we are not able to process your request. PLease try again later.
