Account has been closed? how can i appeal

Got a Mail from paypal today, saying:
"After a review of your account activity, we've determined that you're in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy. 221_reason10 As a result, your account has been permanently limited and you won't be able to conduct any further business using PayPal."
Any tips on how can I prove that i haven't done anything that could violate PayPal rules. Because I'm not even sure what they blame me in can't find that 221_reason10 anywhere in google.

Your best bet is to go and read the acceptable use policy?
