Account Limitation

Hi. I got a limitation for trying to link my prepaid card but it was getting declined everytime. Now, PayPal asks for a card statement. My account doesn't have any cards linked to it. So I asked the employee for a statement for my prepaid that I tried to link. But the document was rejected. Are there specifications for a card statement? Do I have to translate the document into English? The statement I submitted includes: address, name, card number and amount of money in the card. It was signed and stamped from the bank. I appreciate your help. Thank you

Have to link a credit visa in your country. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you would need to try another card.

Please make sure the document shows your full name and residential address and is dated within the past 12 months.
