someone guy Reporting on my PayPal id at 15th of December but it shas no contact me still at this time and papal has hold my money and PayPal has no given information me to who has reporting my shop and apply the limitation on my PayPal account. how can resolve the limitation without no information for this guy?

please give me an information how can I resolve the issue.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
