Account Limitation but it won't accept my documents to lift the limitation. How to fix?

My account access was limited, but when I try to resolve and pass the required documents, paypal won't accept it or there is an error that it needs to be in a certain type of file even though I tried to pass it in JPEG and PDF file. I also tried to pass the documents using the photo that I directly captured using the camera of my mobile phone, but still it won't accept and process it. How can I fix this?

I am sorry to know about the account limitation. Handling with limitation can be quite concerning. I recognize the importance of getting this taken care of.
Here's more information about uploading files and documents to PayPal:
- Give the file a recognizable name.
- The name should include no numbers.
- You can provide a description of the file you are sending, up to 100 characters.
- Information that you upload appears in the Attachments box. You can preview the file or delete it from there.
- You can attach multiple files, up to a total file size of 2000kb, using these file formats: gif, jpg, pdf, or png.
If the issue still persist, please contact our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can help you accordingly to upload documents.

Hi! I had the same problem but in my case it prompts me to submit beneficial information when i was told that I need to submit proof of identity and business adddress. Whenever I try to fill the form, errors come out because the only beneficial owner's details (myself) are already uploaded. Please help!! I've been trying to access my money and account for almost two months.

My account limitation has been lifted, thank you PayPal.
So what I did was I reached out with the Customer Support and got help from them on where to send the documents needed and also reached out to their Facebook page and got help from them. Hope this helps.

I've already messaged the Paypal Customer Support and sent the documents needed on the link they have sent on November 15, 2022. Today is the 5th day yet my access is still limited. Please fix this asap, I really need full access on my account.
