Good Day, I signed into pay pal account which I have not done for a long time, I immediately get an sms reading" Paypal [removed] reserved R15.99 for a purchase. I have not made any purchase. Last I looked I had a balance on Mobrog for $6.2, now my balance is O. Why? I have also sent a private message on FB and not received anything. I need an email address as I have screenshots I would like to send. Please assist and thank you in advance.
@kernowlassThank you, I went to check, as per advice and got this and for Month of May - it reads "No transactions yet." The "agent who replied yesterday said I made a transaction on 13th May 2022. Which I did not, however my balance is at 0, whereas since February 2021, I had a balance of $6.25. Now to many this may seem pity full but to me, It is money that I earned from surveys, albeit over a long period. So I do not understand how come it is at ZERO now.
