180 days have passed but the money is still in the hold

180 days have passed but the money is still in the hold. I was told that I could withdraw my money on May 27. But now, when I send an mail to Paypal, they say that they still can't collect enough information, they say there are suspicious transactions on my account, all I did for 180 days was buy a new computer and connect from there. They are literally taking my money for no reason! What should i do?

similar situation here, on february i was told i could withdraw my money and close my account to start a new one, but when i tried it gave me an error. alright, no big i'll send more information - so i did, same issue. i kind of left it like that up until now because i was trying to speak to paypal support about just completely lifting my limitations to no avail.
for context they limited my account because i was 17 when i made the account, i am now 18 and even provided proof of it. bit annoying if you ask me.

Once you have submitted the required documents and our concerned team completes the review. You would then be updated via email/Resolution Center about the account status. Generally, it would take 3-5 business days to complete the process.
