web hook works in sandbox, not in live (elephant/bear make topic unique)

I need a consultant that I could pay to help me get my PayPal subscription development completed.

While my web service works great in sandbox, I have some issue in production.

My production subscription buttons do work great.  They let the user sign in and the subscription completes great.

But, my web hook gets no REST message in my web service API.

In sandbox, my web hook get the REST message.

Might you forward this request to someone I could pay to assist me.
