the payout api the post request to batch transfer is always pending

i use the payout api the post request to batch transfer is always  pending even i use sandbox accounts to transfer to there is no money deducted from the source or added to the destination also i am sure that i make the write setup and review before transfer for the sandbox accounts is disabled please help

Please share the merchant id for the sandbox account which is submitting the payouts request so that I can check the account for you.
