Hi,

I've created a sandbox account to test a web application test- gestpay- business @ gmail.com. In the control panel the account is unconfirmed. Could you please confirm my account? 

 

When I try to send a payment I receive the following error message "Errore elaborazione in PayPal - 10001 - Error code: 4710"

Furthermore could you verify if there is something wrong with my account?

Hello,

We're aware of users experiencing this issue whilst attempting to delete certain sandbox accounts.

Our developers have been informed and are reviewing potential causes.

In the interim, leave the account in place and create a new account instead using a unique email address.

Hello,

The intermittent issue of deleting accounts is currently on-going.

I would recommend creating a new account (use a unique email address) and use that for testing instead of waiting to delete a account with a specific email address. Even if you could delete a specific account, you won't be able to re-use the same email address on a new account.
