store credit card token against customer in database

Vault credit card token in my database by customer id. Problem is that when i post api https://api-m.sandbox.paypal.com/v3/vault/setup-tokens then it will return every time new customer id. so how do i store multiple credit card token againt same customer id. One customer has multiple card.

This is the expected functionality of our API.
I suggest checking your internal website code to ensure you trigger unique API requests per order. Merchants are responsible for handling their websites internally.
