sandbox get payer phone number

I am working on an integration for one of PayPal clients doppler E. Doppler & Co GmbH. This integration requires to retrieve customers phone number. I would like to have the phone number as required in configuration of my sandbox for testing. My sandbox business account id is: NHNQNLW7SFBME thanks
