Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Community. If you add your sandbox account to your PayPal Developer Login, then you can view the email confirmation emails.
Here is how:
- Log into the developer dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
- Click on Testing Tools
- Click on Sandbox Accounts
- Click on "Link other sandbox accounts to this developer account"
- Log into your sandbox Account
- Choose yes to link the account
- Return to the Developer Dashboard
Here is how to resend the email confirmation:
- Log into your sandbox account at https://sandbox.paypal.com
- Go to the profile icon (by Log out for personal accounts)
- Go to the Profile settings (for business accounts)
- Click Update/Edit next to your email
- Click to resend confirmation email
Confirm the email:
- Go back to the Developer Dashboard
- Click on Testing Tools
- Click Sandbox notifications
- Find the email that says confirm your email address
- Click on the link to confirm the email
- Log into the sandbox account
If you are not able to connect your sandbox account to your Developer Dashboard, if you reply with your sandbox email, we can manually confirm the email for you.
