I'm getting this error message when I test my shopping cart using sandbox. There is no clue as to where the problem might be.

Any ideas on where to look?

This error has been appearing over the past week.

Honestly, I've never before encountered such a dreadful, horrendous system full of bugs as PayPal. Working with it is a total nightmare.

Yep! just love how you get sent to a link  goes nowhere near addressing an issue. Then  its marked  as "solved" . You have to be kidding me !

Indeed! And they dont have support at all. Just automated replies saying non relevant stuff!
