Webhook event not triggering using an actual payment refund on sandbox

Hi, why is it that when I'm actually refunding a payment in my sandbox account the webhook event that I created is not triggering but when I try to use mock webhook simulator it is triggering, what should I do to make it work on an actual refund?

It seems like this hasn't been fixed yet. Is there a documentation about wehbooks in sandbox (which are actually working)?

This issue is a bit problematic because we can't test this integration.
