Upgrade SandBox to Pro

Hi,

 I understand that asking the same Q again. Struggling to find the answer what was wrong and how it was fixed.

I am trying to upgrade my Sandbox Business to Pro and it gives me an error every time:    Something went wrong. PayPal Payments Pro could not be enabled. Try again....

 

   Any help, please

Hello @Portanov ,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community. If you provide the sandbox merchant id, we can see if Pro was enabled on the sandbox account. Sometimes an error message is displayed when the product was activated in the sandbox account. Please also keep in mind that Website Payment's Pro was deprecated for all new integrations. While you may still be able to test it in Sandbox, it cannot be setup in a live PayPal account.

We strongly recommend using Advanced Credit and Debit Cards.

This is currently a known issue within our sandbox environment which is being investigated.

There is a pinned thread at the top of this forum where the issue was initially reported and I'll post back in that thread once the issue has been resolved, so please subscribe to that thread to be notified.
