Test, instalments, Pay in 4, paypal credit?

I have created some Sandbox accounts to test my Paypal integration.
I am not using the JS SDK but using server-side integration.

I wish to test Buy now Pay Later options - Pay in 4 (US) and Paypal Credit.

I do not seem to be able to enable Pay in 4 for my sandbox accounts.

For my business sandbox accounts I have set funding to 10,000 USD but when i try and enable Paypal Credit the UI just hangs and never gets enabled.

for Peersonal Paypal accounts there isnt even an option to enable Paypal Credit.



The developer docs are absolutely trash for BNPL options.
