Still not working. Sandbox login to web portal works fine. but when I login to sandbox account using the same details it doesn't work.

I have same issue on ios android, this is not a problem with the account, since it works in the web version. Until recently, everything worked in native ios and android.
This error is actively being observed on iOS and Android for my team as well. This started happening on January 16th and has not corrected itself. The error message is visible on Android but is silent on iOS, only returning invalid credentials feedback instead.
