Thanks for taking the time to report this issue.

I've tested sandbox account creation myself today and I am seeing issues creating accounts for certain countries.

United States (personal), United Kingdom (personal), Italy (personal), German (business), Japan (personal)

I've raised the issue internally and requested it be investigated and resolved.

Once a resolution is found, I'll post back in this thread.
