Sandbox payment for subscription returns "Unhandled api error"

In our project we use smart buttons for both single payments and also recurring payments. Everything works fine, and we didn't introduce any changes to the code (not sure about PayPal account) but payments for subscriptions stops working.

unfortunatelly it seems I don't have access to Account Settings to check merchant ID.

we do have the exact same error on our project and we are about to go live, but testing cannot be done due to this error, which started happening from 31th January.

Error is:

Yeah, it's somehow fixed on our environment as well.
