Sandbox Payments Not Working

Hi, I am developing a web app and I want to test paypal payments so I a using paypal sanbox. When the payment windows open I click on Pay button. The loading starts and ends after few seconds but the payment is not maid without any error or warning. What could be the problem?

I am having the exact same issue and my IPN's were not working earlier today. Everything was working fine yesterday and i haven't changed a thing.
