Sandbox Checkout stuck indefinitely at "processing"

Hi I have set up Sandbox Paypal Express for testing. I can checkout and login to the testing account OK, but when I click "Continue" it stays on "Processing" forever until I close the window. I have setup the API username/password and signature correctly. Have I missed something in the setup process?
