SANDBOX vs LIVE, result are different.

When using a credit cart generate in the developer to pay a transaction, all is save in my database.

When in live, if i pay with a real credit card the transaction is not save in my database.

Do I have something special to do in my Paypal account to get the same result &?

I am very confuse, and i don't understand why it does not work.
