is it Possible to integrate paypal without use of client id/ app id etc. ?

Hello,
For REST API, you need to use a client_id and client_secret.
For NVP/SOAP API's, you need to use either three-token or certificate-based authentication.
For WPS (website payments standard), there are no credentials required except the email address from your account.
