Problem creating sandbox account

Hello,

 

i need to create a sandbox account to test my e-commerce.

Even if I had a lot of error messages, at some point i succeded in creating a sandbox business account (i don't know the reason of the error, i just clicked on "create account" and it worked at some point), but if i try to creat a personal account i have this message:

 

Something went wrong. The sandbox account could not be created. Please try again.

If you wish to report this error please include the following error id: 52dfe6402d8c9

 

Im reading i should have a personal and business account created by default, but i don't have them.

 

What should i do?

Same issue, I can't create personal account for sandbox. Got the message:

 

Something went wrong. The sandbox account could not be created. Please try again.

If you wish to report this error please include the following error id: 2c7d44d084ed1

I have tried to reproduce the issue and could able to create sandbox account without any issues.

 

Please find the below snapshot for reference.

I request to please clear your web browser cache/cookies and try below steps.

 

Login to  https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts/ >> click "create account" >> you will see a pop-up frame where you can select account type and other details >> click "create"
