We have been using IPN method to capture payment notifications on 6 websites
On 18th Sept , all of sudden we stopped receiving IPN messages on 3 of Domains.
We checked in detail and found that no IPN message was arriving//no attempt from paypal to send IPN on those domains.
We further checked IPN Simulator and could verify that no message is arriving.
Support told that malware was detected .
Though we did scan with all tools at hand to remove malware and confirmed to paypal , but they are too slow to update and they keep moving n circles.
We have even rebuilt website on new hosting , while even on new hosting with new ssl, domains that are working .. continue to get IN , while ones paypal blocked do not.
How to reach out to someone deep in paypal to make them understand issue is local Blocking at paypal end. and get those domains removed from IPN blocking?
