Hi,
I've just turned on the option within the PayPal sandbox account to always put payments under review however I can't see a way to simulate when PayPal accepts or rejects the payment, is there a way to do this when logged into the sandbox merchant account. I've tried turning the option back off so that all payments go through instantly however any existing payments in the "under review" status remain in there.
If there is no way to force the status to chance, how long does it take on the sandbox environment for the status to change as I assume there isn't actually any checks going on behind the scenes.
