Hi,   Within the developer control panel I have the "Payment Review" option turned on for my sandbox merchant account however whenever I create an order (and complete payment) via the API it never puts the order under payment review, it puts the funds directly into my merchant account.    If I attempt an order with payment intent "AUTHORIZE" then attempt to capture the funds at a later stage then it correctly puts the funds on hold as I would expect. Is this an issue with the sandbox API or am I misunderstanding now a payment intent of "CAPTURE" should work?   Thanks. ... View more

Hi,   I've just turned on the option within the PayPal sandbox account to always put payments under review however I can't see a way to simulate when PayPal accepts or rejects the payment, is there a way to do this when logged into the sandbox merchant account. I've tried turning the option back off so that all payments go through instantly however any existing payments in the "under review" status remain in there.   If there is no way to force the status to chance, how long does it take on the sandbox environment for the status to change as I assume there isn't actually any checks going on behind the scenes.   Thanks ...
