What is the merchant ID for the sandbox account receiving the payment ?
"Also, do we do enable the production environment from Sandbox" -- I don't know what this means. I'm going to assume that you're asking how to migrate from sandbox to live when your testing has been completed. In that case, you use the production API credentials or production account email address to submit / receive payments to your production account.
