I have a sandbox account, which is set up as a business/business account. I have set up the IPN notifications, but when I pay via the sandbox, no IPN operations appear in the IPN history.
The payments themselves are recorded in the sandbox, but apparently no attempt is made to issue an IPN of PayPal at all.
What am I doing wrong here?
In the BackURL i got a GET Var trans_id
but in the PayPal TransactionList, there is a different TransactionCode.
But there is no Entry in the IPN History.
