Issue with 3DS Response on Sandbox

Hello everyone,
I am currently testing 3DS integration in my checkout, (Card payments work fine). When testing the 3DS response I am using the card information found at: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/checkout/advanced/customize/3d-secure/test/
However, every response is the same:
There's no error to say what might be happening, but I am submitting the billing address along with the card details.
The only error I have to go off is the following, but it doesn't even seem related to Paypal?
