I have received client payments from Sandbox environment, how can I transfer it to our account?

I have received client payments from Sandbox environment, how can I transfer it to our account? Need help.

Hello,
You cannot transfer transactions from our sandbox environment to our production environment.
Request the buyer to cancel the transaction from their side by viewing the transaction details page and clicking on "cancel".
(note : they will only be able to do this if the transaction has a status of "unclaimed")
