Is PayPal will allow to test Payouts in Sandbox by using User Interface option which allows to test by uploading .cs v file ? reference link - https://developer.paypal.com/docs/payouts/integrate/ui-integration/# In my Sandbox account am not getting any such feature in it and also suggest PayPal fee for each recipient.
