How to Payment Refund Process?

Hello PayPal,

I need your help with a query. And I also want to know if you provide any support through technicians.
if yes please help me with my website issue as a PayPal gateway method.
if any user creates or raises a request through my website for a payment refund they got the message and will succeed in the refund payment through Paypal.
I want your help and if any API is required I want to know.

Yes, Refund API call is correct approach to return the funds to the customer/buyer.
