Got Http response code 400 when accessing agreement-execute

I am getting following error message when executing the agreement

Got Http response code 400 when accessing https://api.sandbox.paypal.com/v1/payments/billing-agreements/EC-4JX08545GV061223R/agreement-execute.

Hello,

HTTP 400 means "bad request"

Check the request you're submitting and ensure the information is correct and re-submit.
