Gateway Timeout- While calling the payment api for Vault API

Gateway timeout can be caused by many reasons:

• Connection issues (confirm that your firewall is not blocking PayPal IP Addresses)
• Open SSL Issues (Not TLS 1.2 compliant)
• PayPal Maintenance Schedule
• Sending a malformed request
