v2/vault/payment-tokens API 403 Forbidden Error - Insufficient permission issue

Hi Support,

We are getting the error: "Authorization failed due to insufficient permissions" while calling the Payment token API from the Save for Later Purchase feature from the Paypal button integrated with the website.

Please advise.
