I've been trying all day to integrate paypal to my php application , and all steps seem to go corrrect until the checkout page , where in , no matter which card details i enter it just butts me out or gives some message saying bank is not allowing payment. I just want to test it and don want to make a actua payment. Plesae someone help me out.
