Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.
I have enabled SFTP Reporting on your Sandbox account.
Here's how to create a secure FTP server user account SFTP access has been approved:
- Log into your Sandbox PayPal Account at https://sandbox.paypal.com
- See below if you need to reset the sandbox account's password.
- Click the Settings icon next to "Your name."
- Type "FTP" in the search bar.
- Click Secure FTP Users from the search results.
- On the Secure FTP Server Users page, click Add.
- On the Security Measures page, confirm your identity by re-entering the full bank account number associated with your PayPal account, then click Submit.
- See below instructions for getting the sandbox bank account information from the Developer Dashboard.
- On the Create Secure FTP Server User page, choose a Name, Access Type and Password for your account. Agree to the Terms of Use, then click Create User.
- The Secure FTP Server Users page displays the new user information.
- It can take up to 48 hours to create a Secure FTP Server user.
- Once the user has been created and the Secure FTP Server is ready for use, PayPal sends an email message to the business partner’s primary email address.
Creation of the Secure FTP Server username can take up to 48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email that will contain your account details.
To view your Sandbox Password or Sandbox Bank account, here are the steps:
- Log into the Developer dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
- Click on Testing Tools (If you don't have that "Testing Tools" skip to next step)
- Click Sandbox Accounts
- Click the three dots next to your Sandbox Account
- Click View/Edit Account
- You can change the password by clicking Change password
- Click on Funding to see the full sandbox bank account

Login into this sandbox account I was not able to find what you've proposed there is very limited functionality.
Can we try this one [ID: NF4H8WU3ACTG6] and [ID: ZXCDVRXBE7ZH6].

I was able to create an SFTP user but was not able to subscribe for Settlement or Transaction Report. What should I do next?

I have subscribed to the Settlement Report for you, and requested reports. You should see them in your SFTP portal as well as the PayPal Account.

Hi I'm in strugghle with the same.
I'm not able to proceed the sFTP Setup,
no instructions follow after I click an add at the form
and now mail is send to the real mailadress I set to the sandbox account.
My SANDBOX Account ID: FS5NFGWJNJKUE
Can you advice what am I doing wrong?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
