Cannot verify my sandbox account's email address

I created a sandbox account (a different email than this account). I've been trying to verify the email to start testing, but I am not getting the verification email even when requesting it to be re-sent. I've checked my spam folder and everything. The email address is a normal Gmail address and other mail is being delivered as usual.

 

How can I verify the email address for a sandbox account?

Hello @Hidieh,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Merchant Community. I have manually confirmed your email for your sandbox account.

All sandbox emails are sent to the notifications section of the Developer Dashboard if your sandbox account is associated.

Here is how to associate your Sandbox Account with your PayPal Developer Dashboard:

  • Log into the Developer Dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
  • Click on Testing Tools
  • Click on Sandbox Accounts
  • Click "Link other sandbox accounts to this developer account."
  • Log into the sandbox account that you want to link
  • Click Link
  • Return to the Developer Dashboard

Once the account is linked, if you click on Testing Tools and Sandbox Notifications you will see all associated email notifications in the developer dashboard.
