Can not enable return URL in sandbox account?

Hello when I log into the sandbox merchant account I set up and go to website payment preferences. There is no way to add a return URL. Nor can I enable anything? There are radio buttons to enable options but no button on the page to save them? 

Any thoughts??

Hello,

There is no "save" button for all the other options, as once you make a change to one of those options, it's saved automatically.

For Auto Return, you enter your return URL in the space provided and click on "save" which is shown to the right of the URL input field.
