401 Unauthorized bug in REST API Payments on live account with correct credentials (USA)

I've asked this question before, but it just gets deleted and/or unanswered, so here goes again...
I have a REST API Payments app (using all the latest and greatest) that works perfectly in Sandbox mode.

I have absolutely no problems with all the functions and have had a merchant account with PayPal since their inception in the USA (there are no restrictions that I know of anywhere).
Before the REST API, I was using the SOAP API for years, that is, until we got a message about TLS 1.2 . Unfortunately, I had to completely rewrite the code for the website (and decided to migrate to the latest REST API since SOAP is deprecated), and it works perfectly.

I've checked, double-checked, triple-checked the LIVE credentials and they SHOULD work. I've checked the merchant account and there is nothing I can see that would be denying access. I've left emails to support, attempted to call the only number I could find (on hold forever, and no call backs), and am going bonkers going through this forum with no answers and a bunch of smug "admins" marking this as duplicate (instead of offering help - or a phone number that works!).

Anyone? Is there even a point to posting here?

Hello,

Issue is related to production REST API requests and you've posted within the sandbox section.

Moving to the REST API payment section for review.

I already posted this in the other forum section, but since it was simply deleted, I posted the question here. (it's relevant enough)

Have you had any luck with a resolution? I've run into the same thing. Exact same situation, and I'm unable to find your post in another forum.

I have heard that refreshing keys will work, I've also heard that you have to be signed up for "PayPal Here", an evidently undocumented "feature" of the REST API.

Hello,

Posts don't get deleted, they can however be moved to another forum if you have posted into the wrong category.

The issue you mentioned is specific to our production environment, but you've posted the question into the sandbox forum.

If you're experiencing a production related incident and cannot process transactions, submit a technical support ticket via our support portal here.
